Refund Policy

The request  for refund will only be entertained on the basis of reasonable grounds within 12 hours from the date of receipt of payment by the firm.  No refund request shall be accepted by the firm beyond 12 hours. 

 

30% towards cancellation charges and taxes whichever shall be applicable then will have to be paid by the buyer.

 

The refund process may take 35-45 working days depending on the availability of the information within the prescribed time limit. 

 

The buyer shall send their request for refund via E-mail with details at srinangalioverseas@yahoo.com of the firm.

 

The payment will be refunded through the same mode how the firm; SRI NANGALI OVERSEAS  receives the payment. 

 

The mode of refund of payment shall remain the same. There will be no change in the mode of refund of payment. (For example:  The payment received through Credit Card will be refunded only by remittance in the same Credit card).
